RDB, Akshay Kumar to Rap with Ludacris in Breakaway

RDB team up with Akshay Kumar, Ludacris for another smash hit soundtrack for the forthcoming movie Breakaway. The movie is all set to release soon with a huge star cast of Russell Peters, Camilla bell, Rob Lowe and a cameo from Drake. But, well we already have told you about that. Bhangra boys have allegedly teamed up with Ludacris and together they are making music magic.
This would not be the first time RDB hangs out with American rappers as they have previously worked with Snoop Dogg and it was RDB that introduced Snoop to Bollywood, so could Bollywood be in Luda’s future too..? Akshay is so far very happy about his various collabos for Breakaway and told the Times of India: “It’s going to be very exciting to collaborate with Ludacris. It’s great to work with such big artists from across the globe.”

This indo – Canadian movie is an inspiring movie based on a hockey player in Canada. RDB have given music to the movie alongside the background score. As Always RDB have paired up with the best in the industry, Akshay Kumar and Ludacris for Shera Di Khom. RDB, Akshay Kumar and Ludacris will be seen in the music video. Breakaway is upcoming Hollywood Movie of Director Robert Lieberman and written by Writer of Breakaway are Jeff Schechter and Ajay Virmani. Also look out for the track Sansar feat rapper, Jai Hind, Nav, and Kat Eyez which is also used in the theatrical promo.

After featuring with International music stars Snoop Dogg and Kylie Minogue, Bollywood star Akshay Kumar has lend his voice to another song. The song is “Shera Di Kaum” and Akshay Kumar has rapped with Ludacris in this dance number. Canada – based Punjabi band RDB has composed the music and the song is to be featured in Akshay Kumar ‘s home production Speedy Singh / Breakaway.
The film is an underdog story that has it all, Sports, Drama, Music and a dash of Bollywood, The blend to a perfect entertaining movie with some great music and a huge star line up.

Desi Hustlers- The New Beat

Desi Hustlers have been doing hustling with different genres of music for some time now and their area of expertise is the fusion of hip hop and rap with Indian music, that is like mixing metal with custard and offering it to your most valuable guests and the best part is that they won’t be disappointed. So what are these Desi Hustlers? Well they are just two brothers Manpreet Singh and Gora Singh who love the sound and beats of hip hop music and rap. They are the ones responsible for rocking various clubs throughout India and have now decided to tweak with Punjabi music.
Desi Hustlers were in Lahore this week on a tour of some local schools. The spoke to the local media and shared their thoughts about their visit. When asked what are the reasons of their fast spreading fame, Manpreet Singh said “Young people are looking for ways to break away from their usual nine to five, five-day work weeks. Naturally, when they get a chance, they hit the clubs in Goa or Mumbai. Since weekends are always fully-packed, clubs are constantly looking for big artists. This has opened up a market for acts like us in India”.
The Desi Hustlers have only stepped into the world of fusion and their experiments will keep on rocking their fans for many years to come.
